My role as IT Support Technician means I assist staff with IT requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently. My academic background is in Marine Biology, having graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2021. I joined the MBA in 2023, initially working in Site Services for two years before transitioning to the ServiceDesk team, where I now focus on providing frontline IT support.
